Separation Technology of
Paper, Plastic & Aluminium
Â
Separations of multilayered packaging materials with paper, plastic and aluminium with the use of new green Danish Recycling Technology.
Â
With a combination of mechanical, chemical and heat treatment and processes we are able to separate multilayered products (often several plastic and aluminium components) into clean single components which can be recycled and reused as new raw materials.
01 | MECHANICAL TREAMENT
Our innovative and engineered design gets the mechanical treatment of our equipment down to a minimum of energy consumption, along with a safe and high quality selection of components, which allows our equipment ensure a high production up time.
02 | CHEMCIAL TREAMENT
Yes, we do use chemicals in our processes. But we have - via our new technology - secured that all our chemicals can be utilized in a green way. For example, we cooperate with the local water waste treatment facilities, where 100% of our chemicals can be used in their treatment of waste water, so absolutely no harm is done to the planet, quite the contrary, 100% is being put to good use for the environment.
03 | HEAT TREAMENT
With regenerative heating processes our equipment ensures the minimal use of heat, which is done by applying state-of-the-art heating treatment processes.
Â
Our Applications
Various packaging materials within the food and beverage industries are usually disposed as incineration waste.
We are now able to recycle your waste materials into valuable new raw materials lowering the CO2 footprint at the same time.
DRINKING CARTONS
Drinking cartons are often used for milk and juice. The containers often include paper, plastic and aluminium. Each component, if separated in clean fractions, can be utilized in various other industries as new raw material.
METALIZED PLASTIC
Often used for chips, peanuts, coffee and other both dry food products and liquids. The metal inside the plastic packages can now be separated and further recycled into new products, e.g. new packaging materials.

MULTILAYERED MATERIALS
Multilayered plastic and aluminium is often used in a variety of packaging and industrial materials. Most industries face challenges when it comes to utilization of the waste from their products. That is something we can help out with in a green and efficient way by separating and recycling these materials.
FIBER CONTAINERS
Fiber containers are often used as one-time-containers for coffee, soda, juice etc. The containers include both paper and plastic which can be separated and re-used for further purposes.

PRE-INSULATED PIPES
Pre-insulated pipes often have aluminum barriers between various layers of plastic. This can be removed and the plastic can be recycled and used for new products.

DRINKING CARTONS
Milk, Juice, Yoghurt cartons contain paper, plastic and aluminium. We can separate and recycle these types of containers into 100% clean components.
Â
FIBER CONTAINERS
A Fiber Container is usually used for both cold and hot beverages in restaurants or for take away
Â
METALIZED PLASTIC
Example:
a chips bag can not be recycled nor reused if not separated into plastic and metal
Â
PRE-INSULATED PIPES
Pre-insulated pipe is often made with number of plastic layers and aluminium in the outside plastic casing

Our Equipment
We provide technology and equipment that ensures 100% recyclability of various multilayered materials, which we utilize in the process.
High Quality Technology & Engineering made in Denmark
General:
Our Green Technology is engineered in Denmark which ensures a high quality product.
All materials and components are carefully selected from the leading suppliers in the food & beverage, process and chemical industry.
The equipment is carefully engineered so that high quality pumps, sensors, valves and instruments used are both robust and have a long uptime.

Manufacturing specifications:
The manufacturing of our equipment complies with stainless steel welding standards. We ensure 100% traceability of both used materials, components and welds and we follow DS/EN 1672-2 + A1:2009 and/or ISO 14159:2008 from EU directives and legislation.
The connection of the system can be selected in flanges, clamps or union joints.
Pipes and fittings are provided in accordance with EN 10357 / DIN 11850. Flange connections are made in PN10 / 16 pressure range.
All welds are stained, brushed and cleaned. Complete welding log on process welds is included and all welding personnel have approved and valid welder's certificates.

Material specifications:
All product affected material is made of stainless steel EN 1.4404 / AISI 316.
All non-product material is made of stainless steel EN 1.4301 / AISI 304.
Packing material is made of EPDM (general) and Viton for high temperature / steam connections.
Automation specifications:
We use hardware and software automation with Siemens PLC together with 12 "touch screen (HMI). All motors are controlled by separate frequency converters.

Transport specifications:
The systems are designed on frames and can therefore be transported in 20 "and / or 40" containers and are easy to re-install in other locations.

Installation & Commissioning specifications:
The processing units are on-site assembled as Plug & Play units and will be installed by our service team.
After installation our service team will handle commissioning and training of your operators.
Our Approach
Testing and proving results before starting
Before offering recycling technology and equipment, we conduct small scale tests on your product in order to showcase you the results before investing in full scale equipment.
Understanding your business
We dig into your business in order to optimize our equipment with your existing facilities. For example, if you have a sur plus of water or heat, we can utilize this with our equipment and thereby make sure no unnecessary energy is wasted, but used properly.
The correct solution for your needs
We engineer and design the equipment from our standards dedicated to meet your needs. Our fully automatic solutions are robust and ensure maximal running time and low energy consumption.
All services included
When purchasing processing units for recycling with us, we ensure that all services are included: we will handle logistics of equipment, installation, testing at your facilities and we will take care of training of your personnel.
The waste from our process it not wasted
It is no secret that we use chemicals in our processes. However, it will not create any inconveniences for you. It is included in our service agreement that we provide both new chemicals and disposal of the used ones. In fact, we will not dispose of it ourselves, as we actually have agreement with water cleaning facilities which can use it for cleaning waste water in a 100% green way. So, we can proudly state - "Nothing goes to waste with our technology".
